Zoe is a Yoga Instructor who trained at the foot of the Himalayas in India in 2016. She teaches a range of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Hot Yoga. As well as being a qualified Meditation teacher.
Zoe also holds a qualification in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, allowing women to feel secure and confident in her yoga classes.
Zoe believes that yoga classes should be fun and accessible for everybody. She teaches in a clear, down to earth and inclusive language that makes everyone feel welcome and focused on their own practice – always reminding you to discourage competitive thoughts and practice to your own limits.
She promotes safety and joint health in her classes in a confident and knowledgeable manner, frequently sharing explanations. You will always be encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels good for you.
Zoe is a very laid back and warm person who will always be happy to discuss any concerns or conditions you may have in a professional and confidential manner.
