Our older people exercise classes consist of a variety of low-impact cardiovascular, resistance, balance, and functional exercises that are all modifiable, making them appropriate for all levels. Don’t worry, you will be supervised by a Chartered Physiotherapist throughout the class.
Our motivational classes are designed to be interactive and enjoyable, using music, objects, and games to engage clients throughout the class. Not only have our classes been known to boost morale, movement, and enjoyment, but physiotherapy-led exercise classes and programs have also been shown to be effective in reducing falls by 29%!
Our team deliver exercise classes in our spacious studio. Every class is suitable for anyone wanting to improve and maintain their physical activity levels and are designed to suit the abilities of all participants.
