Our Physio Led Pilates classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate levels.

- Exercises modified and tailored depending on ability
We offer a range of specialised classes, both online and in small face to face groups.
Face to face classes are £10 per class, booked in blocks of 5 for £50.
Online classes are £5 per class, booked in blocks of 10 for £50. Before committing to a block, we are offering a free taster class for both online and face to face so you can ensure it is right for you.
Beginner’s Pilates Class Times:
- Wednesdays from 6:35pm to 7:25pm (50 minutes)
- Thursdays from 1:35pm to 2:25pm (50 minutes)
Intermediate’s Pilates Class Times:
- Mondays from 1:35pm to 2:25pm (50 minutes)
- Wednesdays from 5:35pm to 6:25pm (50 minutes)
