We are happy to announce a new addition to our Health and Exercise Matters classes in the very near future. An ‘Adapted Tai Chi’class will be starting in the very near future. This class is ideal for those looking for a low impact activity that still benefits strength, flexibility and balance amongst other things.
Research over the last 20 years has shown favourable outcomes in people with Arthritis, Hypertension, Parkinson’s Disease and many other things.
The form you will be guided through is easy to pick up, remember and involves only slow, gentle movements with minimal impact on joints in the legs which make it an ideal way to help with conditions such as Arthritis.
It is also an ideal way to de-stress and relax.
