Jasmine has been teaching Yoga for 5 years and practicing for 15. Experience includes; being lead Yoga teacher on international wellness retreats, teaching regular classes at a range of venues from gyms to studios to community centres, and teaching online. She holds a supportive space for students and carefully adapts classes to suit different needs and abilities. Her classes are trauma-informed and aim to honor the wide range of lived experiences that people come to class with. Her classes will encourage you to make space for your well-being, listen to your body and welcome yourself to the mat however it is your feeling that day.

Jasmine did her first yoga teacher training in India, then her second in Newcastle. Since her two main teacher training courses, she’s also done various continuing professional development training such as Acro Yoga, yoga for the menstrual cycle, Restorative Yoga, somatics and hands-on assists. She’d be happy to answer any questions you may have before joining class.
