A circuit based class consisting of workout stations targeting different areas of the body to give a complete body workout. The stations will consist of upper body, lower body, whole body exercises and cardio exercises using either body weight or gym equipment. The focus being on technique and progressive overload to gradually increase strength, build muscle, burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. This class is suitable for all abilities from beginner up.
Each class is led by a qualified physiotherapist. You will work through 6-8 stations designed to target different muscle groups to give a full body workout. By combining strength and cardio you can improve multiple areas of fitness instead of needing separate workouts.
