Health & Exercise Matters are launching our first ‘Fit-in-4 Weeks Body Transformation Challenge’!  We are looking for men and women of all age groups looking to get in the best shape of their lives!

Join us on a journey to not only transform your body, but transform your life!  No more crash diets or quick fixes, we believe in developing permanent healthy lifestyle changes.  We are dedicated to helping you totally re-invent yourself, feeling good both the inside and out!

The program is unique in that it is Physiotherapy led, coaching you through healthy lifestyle and nutrition habits and safe exercise, whilst pushing you to achieve your absolute best!  Group workout sessions are fun and challenging, using whole-body movements/resistance training to improve fitness levels, target fat burning/toning and core strength and stability, alongside working on flexibility.  All exercises are scalable for all abilities and fitness levels.

Fit-n-4 Body Transformation Challenge Package Offer

  • Course Duration: 4 weeks body transformation package for £150
  • 30-minute health & wellbeing assessment & consultation at the beginning and end of the program
  • Group training sessions (max 10 participants): 3 x 45 minute programmed training sessions per week
    Mondays6:30-7:15am
    Wednesdays6:30-7:15pm
    Thursdays6:30-7:15pm
  • 30-minute 1:1 health & wellbeing assessment/consultation at the start and end of the program, measuring:
    • Healthy Body Composition: Body Mass Index (BMI), measurements of waist to hip ratio, lean muscle mass to fat mass ratio, hydration levels & metabolic rate
  • Predicted fitness levels based on resting heart rate
  • Full nutrition guide individually tailored to each participant based on the ‘Eatwell Guide’ as recommended by Public Health England
