We are running in studio and online Pilates and Yoga classes, delivered by qualified instructors. The Pilates classes are Physiotherapist led, giving a greater understanding of movement and anatomy, and the ability to modify and adapt exercises taking into account injuries or other conditions. Both the Pilates and Yoga classes are suitable for people of all levels and abilities. Visit our separate pages on Pilates and Yoga to find out more about each class to see what is best for you.

Classes based in our Gosforth studio are currently limited to 8 people, to continue to allow for social distancing. We also offer personal training for 1:1 up to 1:4. This will give you a more personalised service to meet your individual goals, at days and time suited to you.

Online classes are £5 per class and can be booked in blocks of 10 for £50.
In studio classes are £10 per class, booked in blocks of 5 for £50.
We do offer a FREE taster class, so feel free to try this out before committing to a block!
